Team
Two founders. Both builders.
ADPT is run by the two people who do the work. No partners upstairs, no bench below.
Antonio Cosentino
Middlebury College
Antonio consults on AI tooling and workflow automation inside a Nasdaq-listed global payments company, building internal assistants and document pipelines and doing the follow-through that makes them stick. That part shaped how ADPT operates: a tool nobody uses is just a demo. At ADPT he leads audits and builds, and stays close to every retainer.
Aidin Bina
New York University
Aidin consults on AI for a real estate private equity firm in Boston, bringing AI into deal analysis and operations, where the documents are dense and the tolerance for error is low. That environment teaches you to build things people can trust. At ADPT he leads audits and builds, and stays close to every retainer.
Why we started ADPT
We watched the gap open from the inside.
Every few months, AI gets meaningfully better. Most companies don’t. We watched that gap open up from the inside, building AI tools at a public payments company and a Boston private equity firm while friends running mid-market businesses told us their “AI strategy” was a few ChatGPT licenses and a vague sense of falling behind.
The big consultancies weren’t going to help them. Eight-figure transformations go to the Fortune 500; the middle market gets decks and webinars. Nobody was showing up, sitting inside the workflows, and building.
So we did. We grew up with these tools and build with them every day. ADPT gives mid-market companies the kind of attention the big firms save for their largest accounts, without the big-firm overhead.
Where we build
The companies we build inside today.
How we work: the two people on this page do the work. No handoffs, no bench, and never more clients than we can give real attention to.
